If it supports some kind of text based format I'm guessing that it would be possible to write some conversion script that converts this XML file to a format usable by Media Monkey. The best solution would be if Media Monkey had some external interface to write ratings, but last I checked this wasn't the case.
If you like to write the ratings in SlimServer directly to the tags, you will need to develop a new scanning module for Custom Scan that does this. The "MusicIP Statistics Export" scanning module could probably be used as a base and just change the HTTP call to MusicIP so it instead writes to the POPM tag in the MP3 files. I don't use Media Monkey myself, so this is not a functionality I will provide, but the hooks in TrackStat and Custom Scan is there if someone else likes to do it.
