Hmmm, other than SC not updating its 'last scan time' field, the only thing
i can think of is moose was started before SC did a rescan. Currently moose
only checks the server when it first loads the moo file. Another reason why
I need to add an auto-rescan option I guess..

If moose wasnt running before, it sounds like something else.. Let me know if
it does it again.. Might be an issue with the new multi-threaded moo loading
code ?

Worth trying the latest..

If I had more time at the moment I'd fixup the latest squeezeslave source for
windows compatibility.. Time-wise things are all a bit hectic at the moment
though.. I'll try and have a look in a couple of weeks if no-one else jumps in..
