You now have the "standard" mplayer installation so directories are
different.
Try the following and you should have "cd" to the directory with
kitesample.ra.

/Applications/MPlayer -v -af channels=2:2:0:0:0:1 kitesample.ra
--------------------
If that doesn't work try
