The first error seems to be caused because these are not identical SC
installations.
Can you check that Slim::Formats::XML is the same and up-to-date on all
three?

This is not in itself an error.
If you go to the SqueezeScrobbler settings page for this player, does it
show up as disabled?

Do you scrobble from any other applications e.g. iTunes? Does that work?
What are you scrobbling from SqueezeCentre? I believe any internet radio
