Ah, SqueezeScrobbler is checking the setting 'Submit (scrobble) all tracks played to Last.fm' within the AudioScrobbler plugin, but not whether actually it's enabled! I'd guess that yours was 'turned on' but then you disabled it.
I will add a check on the enabled status as well.
