Artwork is added for tracks as they're added to the current playlist. Artwork is only added if it's 'iTunes Album Artwork' downloaded from the iTunes store. An attempt is made to set the artwork for the whole album, but frequently SqueezeCentre has strange ideas of what an album is. I think tracks with embedded artwork will not get the updated artwork.
