The problem is that this is a pretty special request that I'm imagining that very few people is interested in. The result is that you would probably have to do this yourself unless you find a developer that is interested in it. If you have some programming skills, there shouldn't be a problem to learn enough perl to get the work done, just start with an existing plugin and ask questions.
