I can confirm this. Happens both on Listen Live and Listen Again. Also I have several favourites which are BBC streams. Playing them is Ok for about fifteen seconds, then for the next fifteen or so it sounds as though the stream is playing twice, then it settles down and plays fine.
Also the screen display on SoftSqueeze seems to flicker, or drop out and return almost immediately.
