Ok, now you've done it! I finally booted into Windows to test the code. I was trying too hard -- the Win32 code wasn't needed, and in fact seemed to cause problems. 7a7 fixes that, runs on Windows (SC 7.0 gold on Windows XP), and fixes another bug where the web page would choke if there was exactly one song in the selected log file.
