How about some info What OS ? What version of SS/SC If SS/SC is running on a PC - does the browser work ? If SS/SC is on a NAS - what is network sret up of NAS - DHCP, Gateway Ip address, DNS address address, subnetwork mask ? If SS/SC is a NAS and assuming there is a PC on trhe same Subnetwork - what is the IP address of the PC, what is the Gateway IP address set in the PC, whare are the DNS addresses set in the PC ?
