Inguz - I have exactly the same problem. I checked the files (custom-types.conf, install.xml,plugin.pm,settings.pm,strings.txt) are correctly installed in server\plugins\inguz, that (index.html,inguz.png,model.js,restart.html,scene.js,scene.xaml, silverlight.js) are installed in plugins\inguz\html\en\plugins\inguzeq, and that (inguzdsp.exe, inguzdsp.exe.config) are in bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread). On IE7 Settings->Plugins I have checked the checkbox next to "EQ". If I click on "Settings" next to EQ I get "404 Not Found: settings\plugins\InguzEQ\index.html". There is nothing on the Squeezecentre home page. The only possibly relevant thing I can find is on the SB3 in settings->information->Plugin Modules->"EQ-No version number-Enabled". This is a new installation of SC7. Everything used to work under Slimserver. I seem to remember on Slimserver I had to go into the EQ menu and reboot everything, but I have not been able to do this here.
