Ignore the $URL$ stuff - that was for just a few revisions of 7.0.1 which is a development version of SC.
Did you use the .exe installer or did you use the zip file ? If you used the .exe installer - did you run the test which gives you a menu of a few BBC stations to test and if yes did you hear BBC stations ?
