OK, done a bit more testing on this. After restarting SC from the FreeNAS WebGUI, the following 3 plugins settings pages become unavailable:
MusicInfoSCR TrackStat Dynamic PLaylists I can only get back into the settings for these when I reboot the FreeNAS box.
