OK, finally made some progress. When using IE7 in Windows and download the zipped files I only get a single file, such as albumreview. This file has no extension , nothing.
I tried downloading using Firefox and the zipped files get saved to the desktop. I then uncompress these files and everything shows up including the jive folers and all the necessary files. I figured I pass this along to any other folks who had similar issues.
