One of the things I'm struggling with is with a more elaborate settings page which will allow user-defined shutdown, suspend, hibernate commands to be saved to prefs. With my limited perl skills, this is non-trivial for me. I think I should implement this so that users can add quirks args to the pm-suspend command. Frankly, I have yet to get pm-suspend to work at all on my own hardware, even after trying all the available quirks. My server mobo is an Asus P4P800-MX, running Fedora 9. The pm-suspend command seems to put the server into a suspend state, but it wakes up immediately (though the video never returns and I have to power-cycle the server to get it back.) Anyone have any ideas? PS: pm-hibernate works like a champ with this machine. -- gharris999 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ gharris999's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=115 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48521 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
