If what you mean by "headless" is without a monitor... the answer is
no... is running on a laptop with a working LCD. I also control this
laptop server using Remote Desktop. I'm able to suscessfully suspend
the server using  psshutdown.exe from the command line either from the
LCD or remotely via RD. The psshutdown.exe is stored in the \Windows
folder and it's definately on the path. I also suspected that it was a
Path issue, but no where do I find an error message stating that the
file can not be found. As I monitored the server using Process Explorer
I do not even see an instance of cmd.exe pop up when I right-click to
Suspend the server in my SB3. A visible or hiden instance of the
cmd.exe should appear in ProcessExp before psshutdown.exe can be
executed.
