OK - just peeked in my default Playlists Folder... I don't have any playlists setup at the moment, but am considering setting up one or two.
To my surprise the folder contains 188 files, with a total of 257MB. There are two AlienBBC.opml, two favorites.opml, two infobrowser.opml and a myradio.opml. Not much in size, but what does concern me is the 100+ trackstat_scheduled_backup_yyyymmdd.xml files.
