Actually, having no flacs myself, I have no idea. But iPeng is supposed to show the same cover art as SC and nobody has complained so far, so I take devinjc's comment as that he's looking for somebody to tag his files. There's a lot of people out there using iPeng with flac files so I really beliebe someone would have come up with an issue if it were there.
