Erland, My guess is that the problem was with MIP not accepting connections and not CustomScan after all. I was able to import ratings,etc. after restarting my machine several more times... which I had already done previously. Apparently doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results isn't so crazy after all ;) Now my problem is with the Lastfm CustomScan import module.... but that's for another thread.
