You may have to turn ethernet bridging on in the receiver for the SBC's
WOL packet to make it from the SBR to the SC pc.

I'm not sure if bridging is enabled by default by the SBR when it sees
that it has both a wired and wireless connection. If it's not, then
you could use Robin's Net-UDAP tool to enable it. See
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=43722 and
http://projects.robinbowes.com/Net-UDAP/trac/wiki

When I was toying with a setup something like yours, I configured the
SC pc to use a static address on the ethernet port, connected the SBR
using a crossover cable, and used the Net-UDAP to set all the SBR
parameters. It might be more straight forward to configure the SBR and
the SBC to connect to your neighbor's WLAN and bridge the SBR's wifi &
ethernet ports so that it can see the SC pc. That way you wouldn't
need the wifi card in the SC pc. The SC pc would get its internet
radio streams through the SBR's wlan connection. Also, other wifi
enabled devices you might have (laptop, iPhone, etc) could control the
SBR that way.
