That's probably the cause.
I think I need the result form the above mentioned SQL statement to
solve this. It takes to much time for me to reproduce the situation
when I don't know exactly how the table looks like in your
configuration.
Actually since this is an unusual configuration, I think it also would
be good if you could run the following SQL statement besides the one I
mentioned above.

You can always discard the complete SqueezeCenter database, but that
will also discard any ratings you have set with TrackStat if you are
using TrackStat.
If some mysql tool is installed on the SSOTS you can use that instead
of installing the Database Query plugin.
