If you are using a 7.2 nightly or 7.3 nightly release you currently need to enable UPnP in "SqueezeCenter Settings/Advanced/Network".
Could this be the problem ? If you are using the official 7.2 release this is probably not the problem. (A new Custom Browse version which fixes this UPnP problem will be released in a few days or so).
