Lets hope the beeb continues with support for the mp3 streams for a while or moves to a codec which we can also support via transcoding. To me the main aim is to get somethign with better quality than the real streams. I am dubious the aac+ means they can reduce the bitrate too much. The 192k mp3 streams for radio 3 sound relatively good. The 128k mp3 streams for other stations are ok, but not great.
