Have you considered/tried using SuperDateTime instead of WeatherTime? I'm afraid it's unlikely that I'll fix the mode stacking side affect of SS anytime soon, and when I looked at WT many months ago, it wasn't immediately obvious how to add caching to it to avoid the problem. :-(
