I use MM too. It doesn't mean that you should clear your music library path
setting, although I gather that that was suggested to a few people who were
getting duplicate songs/albums in their SC library. If the path is the same
for SC as it is for MM, then there shouldn't be any duplicates.

I changed the MM plugin recently because I didn't like the existing MM scanning
functionality for the following reasons:

1. MM scanning phase was really slow
2. It merged tag data from MM over the top of any SC tag data.

MM tag handling isn't as good as SqueezeCenter's. MM doesn't support as many
formats as SC. It also doesn't handle tags as well in the formats that it does
support. If songs do not have an Album tag, they become "Miscellaneous" rather
than "No Album", for example.

I do not recommend using tag data from MM; use SC scanner, and use MM just for
making mixes (eg. for determining if songs are mixable).

There's an option in SC7.3 now to read only mixable status from MM. i.e. tags
will be scanned using SC, and then mixable status will be retrieved from MM.

My patch is now included in SC7.3. For previous versions you can replace the
MM plugin with a version hosted on my web site
http://www.hergest.demon.co.uk/Music/slim/MusicIP.htm. This works for SC7.2,
may work for previous versions; but I'm not sure.
