You didn't change anything in the code? Did you try to delete the template cache and restart the server? c:\Documents & Settings\<username>\Application Data\SqueezeCenter\Cache\templates
<username> is either your username or "All Users", typically "All Users". That you can access the settings means the plugin is installed correctly. For some reason, however, you seem to be unable to access the skin part.
