It was and is in SqueezeCenter/server/Plugins But, I just rebooted my machine and it all works fine, and I am even happier.
So thanks .. and sorry that I hadn't tried the most obvious trick in the book. Does this mean that closing SqueezeCenter in the browser and then reopening it isn't the same as restarting it?
