Ok, so I went and deleted the entire folder for the manually-installed
version. Restarted SC. The Extension Downloader then shows two
versions - .7a18 and .7a22 (I have both repo's added). I selected a22
and 'Apply', after which I get the error:

SaverSwitcher (v0.7a22) - Failed to install (could not download file)

And now both versions have disappeared from the list.

Thoughts?
