Perhaps your SqueezeTray.exe has been corrupted or old version. Check which version of SqueezeTray.exe is running from Task Manager (i.e. path to executable) and the post details of the executable that is running.
You should check your system startup files & registry settings as to which SqueezeTray is started and if you have multiple versions.
