What I am seeing is the settings for WeatherTime have daft legends. For instance, the units field has "SETUP_PLUGIN_WEATHERTIME_UNITS" and the drop down menu next to this legend is blank (ie it has two lines but with no text in them). In fact, the only drop-down list which has any data in it is "DATEFORMAT", but even the top two lines of this are blank. This means that most of the fields cannot be set.
