SugarCube is started in the "Extras" menu.
A MusicIP mix is started by holding play down for a few seconds on any
item in the browse menus.
If you have Dynamic Playlist plugin installed, you can also start
SugarCube from the Dynamic Playlist menu.

As you already seems to know, MusicIP will just create a mix of a
number of tracks and won't add any new tracks while SugarCube will
continue to add new tracks until you disable it in the "Extras" menu.

Another difference is that MusicIP will create a mix based on a single
track while SugarCube creates a new mix every time it add another
track. The result is that with SugarCube it will continue to generate
new mixes and eventually flow through your whole library.
