OK, I found the problem. I was following the directions and putting the Inguz plugin in the C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Plugins location.
I noticed there weren't any of my other current plugins in that folder, in fact nothing was in that folder. Since I'm running Vista, the now active plugins folder isn't in the SqueezeCenter program folder. It's now in the C:\ProgramData\SqueezeCenter\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins location which once installed there Inguz showed up as expected. I haven't tried it out yet, but at least it now shows up. You might want to update the installation docs to reflect this Vista behavior.
