The problem has nothing to do with Multi Library, the Multi Library
error message is shown due to a bug in SQL Playlist but it's shown
after the save operation has already failed.

I suspect the problem is that the user that runs the SqueezeCenter
server process doesn't have write permission to the directory you have
configured in SQL Playlist settings page. 

The next version of SQL Playlist will have the multi library bug
corrected and will also contain a better description about the real
error, but as I said above it's not the multi library reference that is
causing your problems.
