I'm not sure I entirely understand the question. When rating with the remote, 'Trackstat Rating' appears on the screen and the SqueezeCenter webpage is subsequently updated, but I see no mention of iTunes update setting the ratings in iTunes. (It did before I installed Trackstat.)
