@Dav28: The ZIP file needs to be extracted into your SC Plugins folder. SC is quite picky on the file location, so make sure it is really in the proper folder. I will support Extension Downloader as soon as my (expired) domain is back up. The plugin is brand new, don't expect too much interest :) V1 never got released.
@Chasman666: Can't reproduce the "localhost" bug, have you restarted SC after changing the prefs?
