Do you have a way to check the sample rate on the track? I suspect you recorded that at a lower sample rate than 44.1kHz. You should be able to check the sample rate - assuming you have a SB3- if you are playing the track, right-arrow to more info, and if you scroll you should be able to find the rate. OK, you should also be able to check via the squeezecenter web interface. Drill down to the actual track and you should be able to see the sample rate.
I don't think softsqueeze correctly handles rates other than 44.1 - and I know that squeezeslave doesn't. I'm not sure about squeezeplay - it's supposed to handle all the rates, but my experience with some FLAC files I have at 48kHz was they seemed a little slow and "tuned down" a bit in pitch. -- tcutting ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tcutting's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17402 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=60391 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
