If your PC doesn’t meet these system requirements, the Inguz processor
probably won’t work.  The most important thing is to have a fast CPU.

* PC running Windows (XP Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2003, or
Vista);
* At least 2GHz CPU processor;
* At least 512MB RAM memory;
* At least 10GB free disk space.

Inguz says you should have a 2GHz CPU at minimum.  Your 1.9 GHz machine
might be the problem.
