bpa I'm encouraged that you think you may understand something about the problem. I'm a radio streaming neophyte at this point so I'm not sure what you mean by using or not using playlists. Is that something in my realm of control as a user? Is a playlist simply a different way of getting to a stream?
I haven't figured out yet what the URL syntax means when it contain "formats=mp3,wma,real" as part of the URL. Does this mean that this station can broadcast any of these formats? If so, what selects which format you get connected with? Some of the WMA stations I'm having trouble with have this in the URL. If I can simply access an mp3 version of the stream that might help work around my problme for some stations.
