Remember, you need to use the /ami arg on ALL instances of WOSB.exe. 
So, if you have WOSB.exe already running 24/7 on your server, that
first instance will have had to have been launched with /ami too in
order to allow a 2nd instance of WOSB.exe (i.e. SrvrPowerCtrl's) to be
run.

Again, I'll check the code, but SrvrPowerCtrl is supposed to do this
now.  Wakeup for ANY reason, not just an alarm-scheduled wakeup, is
supposed to trigger the pull-back code.  I'll make sure that the next
version of SrvrPowerCtrl that I post will record exactly which players
get pushed and pulled in the server log when SrvrPowerCtrl's logging is
set to INFO.

There are no APIs for SN info or control.  Epoch1970 has reported that
some of that is available through cometd, but that's a an entire
protocol area into which I've feared to tread thus far.
