I just added a new CD to my library, and following egd's excellent instructions in the wiki tried to add it to the MusicIP cache. I'm running MIP headless with genpuid, so I followed the instructions under the heading '\"Maintaining the MiP database\"' (http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Integrating_MusicIP_with_SqueezeCenter#Maintaining_the_MiP_database) on that page, which has worked fine before. That procedure added the MIP tags, but when I reloaded the cache MIP didn't pick up the new tracks. Rescanning with SC adds the tracks to the SC cache just fine. I also note that I don't have the "Create MusicIP Mix" for the new tracks on the SBC or SB menus.
I would have thought that after generating the tags, updating the cache is a local operation that would be unaffected by MIP's recent sale. Any ideas on how to get MIP to update its database?
