I found this little mistake after my posting, but correcting the typo
doesn't change results: still no switch to SN executing the batchfile.
What I've missed: yes, running on windows: Windows Home Server (WHS).
Any chance to change the behaviour of suspend command (prevent suspend,
just switching to SN)?
