>Mix by Genre which overrides Filters
>
I have a filter defined in MusicIP that I use in SugarCube - "Not low rating",
so that it only plays tracks rated 4*, 5* or unrated. I use Mix Recipe "Prefer
Unplayed Tracks" I have not enabled Genre Mixing. However, when I use Dynamic
Playlist to play SugarCube as an alarm, it seems that it is not using the
filter.

Since updating to this new version of SugarCube, I have seen a few low rated
tracks get added to the playlist.

I thought this was working previously; but perhaps because I have it selected
to prefer unplayed tracks it doesn't often happen to play low rated songs?
Perhaps there's something wrong with the Dynamic Playlists interaction with the
new Genre Mixing functionality?

I don't think Genre Mixing is going to be too useful, as it depends on MusicIP
genre data, and MusicIP doesn't handle multiple genre tags. Quite a few people
store multiple genres (eg. a main genre, and additional sub-genres), but
MusicIP shows a semi-colon separated list of all genres. eg. Selecting to
restrict to genre=Rock, would not play Rock;Pop, or Rock;Live or
Rock;Progressive Rock, etc.

Erland - is there a way to set up a SugarCube Dynamic Playlist that would work
as a mixer on a song, and one that would work at album level? I have a dynamic
playlist that starts SugarCube, but it doesn't work from mixers, instead I have
to play a song and then start the dynamic playlist. If I try to edit it, it
just takes me to Spicefly SugarCube settings page, minus the Apply button ;-)
I can't see a template in SQL Playlist to create a SugarCube playlist.
