The 'viacli' block could have come from either a CLI generated block or
from the "Block Shutdown/Suspend/etc." menu item on the webUI.  I use
"viacli" in that context simply because I don't then need to remember
the subsequent blockcode for a the clear block action from the webUI. 
Those are "softblocks"...i.e. if SqueezeCenter restarts or if the server
is rebooted, they aren't "remembered."  On linux, the
/var/lock/spc-block block file is also a "soft block" in that it gets
automatically deleted when the server reboots.  That's not the case,
however, with either OSX or Windows (where the block file is
c:\windows\temp\spc-block).
