My WLAN is setup using enterprise level equipment (thats what I do for a living) and is perfectly capable of streaming video with no problems. I have a Gigabit switch and a 'proper' server at the core of my network. My ADSL link tests out at 7.5Mbps as I am only a couple of hundred metres from my local exchange.
All radio stations play without any stuttering at all - its just the BBC 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc live streams that have a problem with Alien BBC. And the problem with the iPlayer plugin is not stuttering - I get an error message telling me that there are no items in the playlist which is obviously not an issue with the local network! SO what could cause an error message like this I guess is where I am at now? Cheers. -- rowbos ------------------------------------------------------------------------ rowbos's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=31746 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=65627 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
