Yet as I said: no idea about 7.3.4. What I DON'T fully understand is, what you mean by "kick back to settings page". Does iPeng crash? Or do you mean the iPeng settings page. If it's the latter it may just be iPeng trying to launch on a page that isn't there (because you've never been connected to SC before).
