Thanks a lot for helping. I thought I had done all the mentioned
things, but it turned out, that I had only given myself and
administrators permission to the folder with scpowertool.exe. I had to
give permission to Everyone. And now it actually works! Seems to be a
great plugin. Thanks a lot!
