Just rechecked original log you posted - 1. I was mistaken about using lame and mp3 2. Your SC is using standard faad and flac.
To support streams - there is patched version of flac *and* a patched version of faad. If you use standard Flac - I think any stream (not just AAC) that gets transcoded into Flac will stop after a few hours of playing.
