Yet it was the very "low-powered" feature that attracted me to the NAS - I want something that runs quietly in the background, uses little resources (environmental and system),but yet is fully featured.
Low power ain't always a bad thing - it may even be the future. Couldn't there be an option switch in the iPlayer plugin so that the user could choose between AAC and MP3? Or maybe the plugin could choose automatically (if AAC fails then default to MP3) Or is that a lot of work? I'm a big fan of this plugin and it does seem a shame to have to go backwards. I'm guessing it's pointless talking to the Netgear people if the raw horsepower isn't there... -- trautigan ------------------------------------------------------------------------ trautigan's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17162 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=67151 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
