You should already be able to add a brand/series menu to your favorites by clicking the heart icon in web interface on the relavent menu. This is intended to store the relavent information to always build the latest menu for that brand/series. I think you can then add this to the alarm playlist, but I have not checked how it will work and also which entry you will get.
