Seriously: I can only tell you after I have seen the version that is coming out tomorrow. There have been so many and so late changes in the 7.4 development that I see myself incapable of predicting the future on this. That said, the recent version of 7.4 beta I use works fine with 1.1.2, which came to a surprise to me because for the longest time during the 7.4 beta it did not. iPeng 1.2 which should be more tolerant towards protocol changes (yet again: you never know in advance) has been submitted to the AppStore one week ago and again, there is no way to know when it will show up there. Apples current estimate is that an approval typically takes "less than 14 days" yet that's the case if they don't find anything in it they don't like. Sorry to not be able to give you a more definite answer, but there are too many variables here that are simply not under my control.
